HAIGHT, Bruce – Passed away suddenly as the result of an accident on Wednesday November 11, 2020 in his 49th year. Beloved husband of Gemma (nee Jakeman) Haight for over 18 years. Cherished father of Etta, Marley, Sybill, Orson, Alexis and Cassidy. Loved son of Bruce and Eva Haight, son-in-law of Bruce and Lynda Jakeman and grandson of Fred Heeney. Loving brother to Tammy Haight (Jack Korevaar), Tina (Pat) Berry and brother-in-law of Will (Anna) Jamkeman, Mac (Rose) Jakeman, Hannah (Nathaniel) Arena and will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Bruce was a man that enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved his family dearly, his passion was cutting and producing firewood with his dad, his hobby was his cows. He loved sports growing up and recently took up playing darts. Bruce loved deeply, lived fully and will always be remembered by those that knew him. Friends are invited to join the family for a time of visitation at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday November 18, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8pm ( please call funeral home to R.S.V.P. for your arrival at visitation) . A funeral service will be held at the grave site in Sweaburg Cemetery (474433 Dodge Line,) on Thursday at 1:30 pm.(100 people maximum, please R.S.V.P. the funeral home).
