SPEIRS - After a lengthy illness on February 6, 2007. Brian William Speirs of Beachville in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Roydena "Dena" Joyce Cooper. Dear step father of Virginia Connolly and her husband Jerry of Beachville and father of Debbie Speirs and Susie Speirs and their mother Peggy Speirs all of Ottawa. Loved grandfather of Cierra, Marina, Jordan and Julianna. Dear Step father-in-law of Elise Cooper of Strathroy. Loved brother of Barry Speirs and his wife Phyllis of Cleveland, Ohio and nephew Bill Speirs and his wife Megan. Predeceased by his step son Daniel Cooper. Brian was a member of the Strathroy and South Tucson Lions Club and was a starter for the Pine Knot Golf and Country Club. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Saturday February 10, 2007 after 2:00pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel at 3:00pm with Joe Daniel officiating.
