WASYLYK - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Sunday June 27, 2004. Baby boy Wasylyk of Woodstock in his first year. Beloved son of Jaynie Wasylyk with support of her friend Bobby Stevens of Woodstock and brother of Nicholas Wasylyk. Dear grandson of Sue and Larry Wasylyk of Woodstock. Loved nephew of John Wasylyk and Becca, Brandi Wasylyk and Joe Stratford, Nicole, Tammy, Stephanie all reside in Woodstock. Baby boy Wasylyk is also survived by his nine cousins. A private family service was held at R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004 with Fr. Alan Dufraimont the officiant. Interment in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. Contributions to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
