SLOANE, Robert "Bob" - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Monday September 26, 2011. Robert "Bob" M. Sloane of Woodstock at the age of 63. Beloved husband of the late Nanette G. (nee Donaldson) Sloane (2007) . Dear father of Mark of Woodstock and David and his wife Jennifer of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Maera and Lilyana. Dear brother of John Sloane (Linda) of Penticton, BC, Jim Sloane (Lori) of Udora and brother-in-law of Marci Sloane of Kelowna, BC. Bob is also survived by several members of the Donaldson family and many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to join with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1:00 pm. Cremation to follow with interment later in the Hillview Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to Spinal Cord Injury or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
