OWEN - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Monday December 26, 2005. Bob "Doc" Owen of Woodstock in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Margaret "Marg" Owen (nee Johnstone) for over 39 years. Dear father of Karen Owen of Woodstock and Sharon Owen of Cambridge. Loved grandfather of Jordon and Adanya King. Dear brother of Judy Rumble and her husband Bob of Barrie and survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Florence (nee Peppy) Owen. Bob drove transport for over 25 years, last driving for Laidlaw Transport for 17 of those years retiring last August. Bob also was a traditional archer and hunter and was a long time member of the Oxford Fish and Game. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004 on Thursday December 29, 2005 from 2:30 - 4:30 and 7 - 9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1:30 pm.
