CULLEN, Betty passed away at Woodstock Hospital on December 31, 2012 in her 90th year. Born January 6, 1923, Betty was the oldest daughter of John Henry Smith and Stella Rowles of Charlotteville Twp, Norfolk County. Predeceased by her husband James Forman Cullen, sons James Robert (Robina) and Alan McKenzie, and brothers Roy Smith (Wilma) and Bruce R Smith. Survived by daughters Gina (Randy Mark) of Toronto and Joan Childs (Paul) of Strathroy, by brothers Rod of Port Rowan and Wallace (Ruth) of London and sisters Dorothy Inman of Walsh and Barbara Gaal of Simcoe. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Andrew (Tammy Kropf), Brad (Chris Thompson Blum), James (Erin), Jon (Sarah), Jeremy, and Jessica, all of Woodstock, Stephen Roth (Michelle McKinnon) of Stratford, Marnie Childs (Chris Van Esbroeck) of Hensall and Perry Childs (Sara) of Creston, B.C. Beloved great grandmother to Sadie, Megan, Trinity, Jacob, and Caleb Cullen, Katelyn and James Busby, Jacob and Noah Roth, special great, granddaughter Savannah Jonker and many nieces and nephews. Betty was a long time member of Central United Church and received the "Canada Volunteer Award" in 1990 for her many years of services to seniors and shut-ins. Visitation at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock on Saturday January 5th at 10:00 A.M. followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 A.M.
