Havey - At her residence on Wednesday October 22, 2008. Elizabeth "Beth" I. (nee Dundas) Havey of Caressant Care, Woodstock in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late J. Scott Havey (2001). Dear mother of Don Bruce (Bonnie) of Kitchener and Shirley Murray and her husband Dan of RR# 7, Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Jennifer Murray (Dave Armstrong), Dan jr. Murray (Hazel), Ray Bruce, Carla Taylor (Chuck) and eight great grandchildren. Dear sister of Bill and Lloyd Dundas. Predeceased by two sisters and five brothers. Beth was a longtime volunteer with the Ladies Auxiliary and the Woodstock General Hospital and was employed at J.J. Sutherlands in the Jewellery Dept. for nearly 30 years. A memorial service to celebrate Beth's life will be held in the chapel of the Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004. on Sunday November 9, 2008 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Margaret Murray officiating. Interment in the Anglican Columbarium. Contributions to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
