Belle (Lubky) Dennis

DENNIS - Passed away peacefully, at the Woodstock General Hospital on Friday, July 29 2011. Belle Dennis (nee Lubky) of Woodstock in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late John Dennis (1974). Dear mother of Kenneth "Ken" (Wera) of Kitchener, Allan "Al" (Nancy) of Embro, and Barbara "Barb" (Curtis) Strabac of Mississauga. Loved grandmother of Scott, Jonathan (Liz), Emily, Clifton (Lisa), Curtis, Richard, and Timothy (Kailie) and Helen. Also survived by her sister Nellie (Archie) Marchand, brothers Fred (Rosalind) Lubky and Ed Lubky, and sister-in-law Margaret Dennis. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Jacob and Annie (nee Yakiwchuk) Lubky, and son William "Bud" Dennis (1976). Belle was a long time member of the First Baptist Church in Woodstock. The family will receive friends at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (Formerly Longworth's) 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004, on Wednesday, August 3rd from 12 - 1 pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel Wednesday August 3rd 2011 at 1:00 pm. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
