Beatrice Agnes Lapier
July 2, 1926 — March 12, 2025
Beatrice Agnes Lapier passed away peacefully, at the Woodstock Hospital on March 12, 2025, in her 99th year.
Beatrice was employed with Bell Canada for 31 years, before retiring in 1987.
Many vacations to Newfoundland held a special place in her heart.
Beatrice is survived by her husband of 63 years, Harold Lapier, by her daughter, Ellen Whitcroft, her grandson Mark (Jackie), and her great-granddaughter Hannah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her son Wayne Baigent, her beloved mother Eva Murphy, and her sisters; Teresa Hillsdon, Leola West (Sherman), and Nora Gale (Tom).
A private family service will be held at Brock and Visser Funeral Home with a burial in the spring at Hillview Cemetery.
