STEELE - At Woodstock General Hospital on Friday April 4, 2003. Barbara J. Steele (nee Thomas) of R.R.#5 Woodstock in her 66th year. Beloved wife of Joseph Steele. Dear mother of Linda Lerno and her husband Terry of Woodstock, Karen Tomlinson and her husband Kim of Sarnia, Roberta Pice and her husband Steve of Cold Lake, Alberta and Teresa McCutchen of Woodstock . Loved grandmother 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Marlene Bailey and her husband Jack of Oregon and Lou Thomas of Norwich. Barbara is predeceased by her brother Ted Thomas. A private family memorial service will be held at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) with Fr. Tery Runstedler officiating. Interment later in the Burgessville Baptist Cemetery. Contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
