Barbara Marie McTaggart passed away peacefully at PeopleCare, Tavistock, on Thursday, January 19th, 2023, in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth “Hugh” McTaggart (2004). Loving mother Rob (Barbara Taylor) and Jacqueline (Dan) Jurchuk. Cherished grandmother of Andrew (April) and Kathryn, and Heather (Steve) and Melissa.
