Anne (Holland) Pope

POPE - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Friday October 23, 2009. Anne Pope (nee Holland) of Woodstock in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Richard Pope (2000). Mother of Heide Humphries and Lawrence Pope. Grandmother of Robert Humphries (Pamela) and Danny Humphries and great grandmother of two great granddaughters. Anne will be missed by her dear friend Diane Waugh and her late husband George and their family and by her beloved ``Daisy``. Anne was a veteran of WW II and was a devoted volunteer of the Girl Guides of Canada for over 35 years. Friends may call at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 1023 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock on Tuesday October 27, 2009 after 10:30 am where the complete memorial service will be held in the church on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Rev. Victor Krueger-Kischak officiating. Cremation has taken place. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery.
