Anne-Marie Perry

Anne-Marie Perry, born on October 18, 1938, in Big Wood Township, Ontario, peacefully passed away on November 23, 2023, in Woodstock, Ontario.

Anne-Marie was the loving wife of the late Bruce Perry and the beloved mother of four children: Alan Perry, Kim McDermott, Carolyn (Craig) Glover, and Michael (Samantha) Perry. She was a cherished grandmother to Brandon, Rosemarie, Carissa, Charlotte, Olivia, and Warren. As one of twelve children, Anne-Marie understood the importance of family bonds, hard work, kindness and laughter.

Anne-Marie was a long-time member of the Catholic Women's League at Holy Trinity Church which included knitting countless blankets for children in Africa.

Anne-Marie’s door was always open, she cherished a visit from anyone especially her grandchildren.  She was always a safe place to fall with kind words, a warm pie and a big laugh.

Anne-Marie had a competitive spirit and sharp mind, making her a formidable opponent at the card table, never missing an opportunity to play a game with family, neighbours and at the French Club.

The family would like to extend our gratitude to the staff at Woodingford Lodge in Woodstock for their wonderful care.

Family and friends will be received at Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, WOODSTOCK (519-539-0004) on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 11am -12pm. A Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 12pm. Anne-Marie will be laid to rest with her beloved husband Bruce at a later date.
