BARAN (Searls)- At Westmount Nursing Home, Kitchener, on Thursday December 14, 2006. Anne Elaine Baran (nee Paliuk) in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Roger Leroy Searls (1965). Loved mother of Cathy (Keith) Bingham and Karen Searls. Loved grandmother of Jennifer (Leon) Siple, Chris (Jillynn) Markle, Barb Foster-Jordan, Adam Hornostaj Jr., Aaron Hornostaj and Steve Hornostaj and great grandmother of 5 great grandchildren. Dear mother-in-law of Adam Hornostaj Sr. and Brad Markle. Dear sister of Marie Kennard, Con Paliuk and Connie Birchard. Dear sister-in-law of Vivian Johnston, Kathleen Abbott, Rita Bickell, Albert (Carolyn) Searls and Marion Searls. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandson Ryan Markle, brother Bill Paliuk and sister Pearl Paliuk. A funeral mass will be held at the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish, 904 Dundas St., Woodstock, on Saturday December 16, 2006 at 1:00 pm with Fr. Chris Gevaert officiating. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery.
