DONKER- Safe in the arms of Jesus on Monday June 18, 2007. Anna Donker (nee Rodenburg) of Chieftain St. Woodstock and formerly of R.R.# 3 Embro in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Leendert (Leen) Donker of 63 years. Dear mother of Heimen and his wife Beth of Georgetown, Andy and his wife Wilma of Embro, Nancy Dennis and her husband Allan of Woodstock and Ted and his wife Cora of Salford. Much loved and cherished Oma of Bob (Heidi), Heather (Derek); Wendy (Peter), Leo (Jose), Tim (Nicole), Richard (Robynn); Scott, Jon (Liz), and Emily; Dwayne (Kristi), Cerissa (William), Levy, Vinny, Yvett, Wynston, Wesley, Wyatt and Ashwyn. Loved great Oma of 17 great grandchildren. Dear sister in-law of Joanne Rodenburg and two sisters-in-law in Holland. Predeceased by two brothers and two sisters. Anna and Leen immigrated to Canada in 1948 and farmed in the Embro area since 1952. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (519-539-0004) Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm and Thursday 1-2 pm. The funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Reformed Church 170 Clarke St. Woodstock on Thursday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Case Koolhaus officiating. Interment in North Embro Cemetery.
