Anna Agnes (Grasby) Armstrong

Armstrong Anna Peacefully at Memorial Hospital St. Marys, on Thursday March 29, 2012. Anna (Grasby) Armstrong in her 97th year. A sixteen year resident of Wildwood Care Centre, St. Marys, Ontario and formerly of Thorndale. Beloved wife of the late Harold Cecil Armstrong (1988) and dear mother of Reta Wonnacott (George) and Kenneth (Linda). Proud grandmother of Kenneth Wonnacott (Rhonda), David Wonnacott (Audrey), Paula Mills (Edward), Mark Armstrong (Janis) and Kevin Armstrong (Kelly), twelve great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. Predeceased by sisters Helen Martin (George) and Marjorie Coultes (Jim). Anna was very proud to have been the first President of the Thorndale United Church Women who are celebrating there 50th Anniversary this year. Friends may call at the Harland B. Betzner Funeral Home 177 Dundas Street, Thamesford on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the Funeral Service will be held on Monday April 2nd 2012 at 11 AM, Reverend Tracy Crick-Butler officiating. Interment Vining Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be given to Thorndale United Church or The London Regional Cancer Program.
