Luth, Andrew "Andy" - At Bluewater Health Sarnia, in his 83rd year, on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 Andrew Luth, of Woodstock, was called home to be with his Lord and Saviour. Loving husband of Anneke (Hofstra) for 58 years. Beloved father and Opa of Terry & John Vanderhorst of Barrie (Julia, Shauna); John & Audrey Luth of St. Albert, AB (Erin, Andrew, David & fiancée Melissa Borgdorff, Regan & Anna); Wilma Luth of Wyoming; Larry & Tracey Luth of Sarnia (Rebecca & Sam Poier (Isla), Adam & Kami, Samuel, Leyson); and Andrew & Linda Luth of Hamilton (Trisha, Julie). Predeceased by his parents Jan Wietse & Wilhelmina Luth, brother Gerry (Franny), and sister Grace (Jan) Glashouwer. Andy was a philosopher at heart and a lifelong, active member and leader in his church and community. He loved reading and good conversation. He was faithful in prayer and compassionate to those in need. He treasured his friendships. He always wanted "to hear the good about us." He is already missed. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Friday, November 17th, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 735 Frontenac Crescent, Woodstock, on Saturday at 10:00 am with Pastor Daryl Meijer officiating.
