CULLEN, Andrew Ramsay “Andy”

Andy passed away suddenly surrounded by his loving family at University Hospital, London on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at the age of 60 years. He will be deeply missed by his wife Tammy Kropf (his Pumpkin) of 16 years. Cherished son of Shirley Cullen (Richard Julian). Predeceased by his father, Alan Cullen (2009). Survived by his brother Brad Cullen (Chris). Proud uncle of Megan and Sadie Cullen as well as their mother, Deb Donovan. Much loved son-in-law of Darlene and Kenneth Ulch and brother-in-law, Raymond. Andy will be fondly remembered by many extended family members and friends. 

He enjoyed his Sunday drives around Ontario with his Pumpkin watching freighters move through the canals, sunrises by the beach all while watching the world go by. Andy was diagnosed at age 11 with juvenile diabetes however this never held him back from living life his way. He worked with Ray’s Car Sales for most of his adulthood. Andy’s sense of humour was never ending and often his Pumpkin, his mother (old girl) and his nieces were on the receiving end. In his spare time he was an avid collector of Hot Wheels. The family will receive friends for a Celebration of Andy’s Life at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004), on Sunday, April 6, 2025 from 1-4 pm.
