Alvina Rosina "Vina" Lauzon

LAUZON, Vina (nee Winstanley) - Died suddenly at Woodstock Hospital on Wednesday July 9th 2014 in her 80th year. Vina was born June 11th 1935 in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. Wife for 59 years to Gerard (Gerry) Lauzon. Loved very much by her children Diane Bragg (Steve Kamps), Sandra (Tom) Lightbody, Kelly-Ann (Todd) Stringle, all of Woodstock and Glen (Anne Marie) Lauzon of St. Catharines. Will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Cal and Cody Bragg, Gerry and Jeffrey Lightbody, Andrew (Erin Weszner), Brett (Kayla Ladd) and Chantelle Stringle, Kala, Andrew, Bryce, Kenny and Benjamn. Also 3 great grandchildren Curtis and Caitie Bragg and Lydia Stringle. Vina will be fondly remembered by her sister, brother, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family for a time of visitation at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday July 11th, 2014from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday July 12th, 2014 at 11:00 am with Father Rick Dales as celebrant.
