Alma "Jean" Hawley

HAWLEY, Alma "Jean" - passed away peacefully with family at her side at Earl's Court Village, London, on Saturday, September 13, 2014 in her 93rd year. Jean was the beloved wife of the late James Albert Hawley. Loving mother to Bonnie Foster, Theresa Hawley, Virginia Doucette, Sterling Turner (Richard), and Maynard Hawley (Lynn). Cherished grandmother to five and great grandmother to eight. She was predeceased by her son James. Jean's main purpose in life was to spend time with her family, who will miss all the wonderful picnics held at the house at Dickson's Corners. Friends will be received for a time of visitation on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 from 2-4pm and 5-7pm at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Thamesford Chapel (formerly Betzner funeral home) 519-285-2427. Cremation to follow with a private interment at a later date in the Anglican Cemetery, Woodstock.
