HAM, Albert - Passed away at his home surround by his loving family on Thursday April 5, 2018 in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Ida (nee Deelstra) Ham for over 48 years. Dear father to Alex Ham and Michael (Julie) Ham. Loved grandfather of Thomas, Joey, Matthew, Daniel and Wesley. Predeceased by his brother Herman Ham and by his sister Gerrie Ockemulder. A private time of remembrance will be held by the family at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
