GRIEF - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Thursday, March 11, 2010. Albert H. Grief of Woodstock in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Lola (nee Hurst) Grief for nearly 60 years. Dear father of Sharon Bishop (Tim), Nancy Tierney and her husband Jeff and Bill Grief all of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Lindsey Tierney-McLaren (Sean), Geoff Tierney (Miranda Brown), Kelly Bishop (Adam Vincent), Stephanie Pepper (Jamie), Debbie Jeanson (Jeremy), Bill Grief (Lindsay) and great grandfather of Taylor, Ashton, Hayden, Samantha and Preston. Albert was an employee of Timberland for over 39 years and was a member the Royal Canadian Legion Br. # 55, Woodstock. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Sunday from 2-4 pm, where the complete memorial service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 11:00 am with Rev. Brenda Garvey officiating. Cremation has taken place. Interment later in the Anglican Cemetery.
