COLLINS - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Albert "Al" W. Collins of Woodstock in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Muriel V. Collins (nee Maginnis). Dear father of Jeff (Kim) Collins of Woodstock, and Michelle Collins (Mark Brunette) of Temscaming Quebec. Loved grandfather of Mike, Chris, and Trevor Collins, and Mya, Kayley Shea Brunette, and great grandfather of 7. Also survived by his siblings Doreen Fradgley, Ron (Wendy) Collins, Lorne (Shirley) Collins all of London, and Rosemary (Gord) Grover of White Rock B.C. as well as several nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Al served with the Canadian Air Force for 35 years as an air traffic controller, and was also a long time member of the Moose Lodge Woodstock. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Al's life will be held at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Saturday, June 5, 2010 from 2-4pm.
