KITCHEN - At Woodstock General Hospital on Sunday June 6, 2004. A. Jean Kitchen (nee Wallace) of Curries in her 80th year. Beloved Wife of Glen Kitchen for 60 years. Dear Mother of Marjorie of Bowmanville, Brian and Barbara of Denver, Colorado and Dorothy Jean and Lance of Etobicoke. Loved Grandmother of Jennifer and Ian, Elizabeth, Leah and John, Sarah, and Curtis. Dear Sister of Bev and his wife Ruth of Woodstock, Douglas and his wife Marlene of Muir and Sister-in-law of Betty Wallace of Eastwood . Predeceased by her Brothers John and Thomas Wallace. Jean taught with the Oxford County Board of Education for 22 years, and was past president of Curries United Church Women. Her great love of bridge was a big part of her life. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) Tuesday 7- 9 pm and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday at 1:30 pm with Rev. John Brown officiating and Rev. Nelsona Dundas assisting. Interment in the Oxford Centre Pioneer Cemetery. Contributions to the Woodstock General Hospital Building Fund would be appreciated.
