Jo-Ann Marie (Howden) Brekelmans

BREKELMANS, Jo-Ann Marie (nee Howden) – After a long and courageous battle with cancer, passed away on Monday, August 26th, 2019 at Sakura House, Woodstock, in her 65th year. Beloved husband Frank, and loving step mother to 5 children and their families. Loving nana to 12 grandchildren. Jo-Ann was born in Hamilton, Ontario to Henry and Caroline Howden. She leaves behind seven siblings, three siblings predeceased. Jo-Ann also leaves behind children David and Lyle. Jo-Ann will be terribly missed by sisters Lina and Lisa. An extra special thank you to Janette who is truly an angel on earth. Best friends Pat, Lisa, Shelley, Jen, and Diane. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Thamesford Chapel, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford (519-285-2427) on Friday, August 30th, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be held at the Cross Roads Alliance Church on Saturday, August 31st, 2019 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Cross Roads Alliance Church, as well as Sakura House and may be arranged through the Funeral Home.
