Lillian Demeulenaere Obituary

Baby Lillian Rosaria Demeulenaere, a precious angel born to us on March 9, 2024, in Woodstock, Ontario, was called to heaven on the same day. Though her time with us was brief, her light shone brightly, and she will be deeply loved by her family.

Lillian was the cherished daughter of Marina McCoy and Gerard Demeulenaere, who awaited her arrival with boundless love and anticipation. She was a beloved little sister to Elora, who looked forward to the joys of sisterhood. Lillian's presence, though brief, was a gift that will forever be treasured by her parents and sister.

Her grandparents, Maria (Bill) Petrik, Greg McCoy (Elizabeth Judd), Jim Demeulenaere and Janine Demeulenaere, were filled with joy at her arrival and will forever hold her memory in their hearts. Lillian's presence was a gift that they will treasure always, a brief but profound blessing in their lives.

Lillian was lovingly embraced by her extended family, including her uncle Garret McCoy (Brittany Marquardt), aunt Jackie Demeulenaere and her son Peyton, uncle Ben Demeulenaere, aunt Brigitt (Andrew) Jury, aunt Baileigh (Tyler) D'Angelo and their children Emmett and Ellie and aunt Taylar Green. Each of these family members, along with many others, had eagerly anticipated the joy and wonder that Lillian would bring into their lives.

Though her time on this earth was brief, Baby Lillian's impact was profound. She reminded us all of the preciousness of life and the deep connections that bind a family together. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and her memory will be cherished as a symbol of love and hope.

As we bid farewell to Baby Lillian Rosaria Demeulenaere, we do so with love and the belief that she will always be with us, watching over her family from above. Her life, as brief as it was, was a beautiful reminder of the fragility and beauty of our existence and the comfort in knowing that her spirit will live on in the love they all share.

Family and friends will be received at Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Friday, March 15, 2024 for a memorial service at 11am. A reception will follow.
